How can this even be, lol. Asaba kwenu…!!!

Biko this is so dramatic….like how can this even be possible?  A friend said this happened in Asaba. That  the guy scaling the fence was trying to avoid stepping into the muddy waterlog. As in if he tries this in Lagos eh, lol.
