The mugshot above shows 40-year-old Emmerli Wilcoxson who was arrested after she stole a police's patrol in Cobb County on Sunday August 17. Emmerli was stopped while high on synthetic marijuana on a street in Atlanta, Georgia, after police claimed she matched the description of a woman reportedly armed in the area. She managed to steal a police patrol car, zoomed off but was caught as she collided with another vehicle causing serious injuries to the other driver's lower body.
Emergency workers transported Wilcoxson to a local hospital where she was treated for head trauma before being taken to the Cobb County Jail the following day.
